Women and girls need our understanding, our empathy, and a trusted secure and safe handheld process they can easily follow. They never feel isolated and alone anymore. They need a one stop platform at each level of mindset growth, where they can access all the support they need. Support that will allow them a voice, provide a safe place where they can talk without judgement, make sense of what they have been through, develop strategies to cope with their environment and day to day life, and slowly bring about lasting and empowering change.
Due to the lack of government understanding, education, support, and financial investment, too many women and girls have fallen through the gaping cracks in our society into grassroots poverty.
I speak from experience, having struggled myself after suffering life’s adversities. Overcoming these hurdles left me with the gift of resilience. I was able to do this by working with and virtually meeting some of the greatest life transforming leaders in their field. Limiting beliefs are all in our minds and are reinforced through taught experiences, comments, judgements and tick box systems that do not know the inner person we are, the inner woman desperately crying out to break free and be heard, understood and helped to come alive in the physical world.
They have little or no faith in ever having another choice to follow their life’s dreams and little or no trust in the system, little or no knowledge of the services available to help them to help them rise back up.

Women need role models they can look to that they can identify with, other women who have felt all the emotions that they are battling with and knowing that they succeeded in overcoming them. This is a beam of light that cuts through that darkness, lighting the path to freedom from feeling helpless to a knowing that they can take control of their own lives and shape their destiny.
Women and girls from our grass roots need great trusted guidance and leadership and this will only happen if we come together as one and create a pathway of new possibilities they can trust and follow.
There are so many women and girls looking for a new direction, wanting to have their own purpose in life, craving an opportunity to change and become a new grass roots leaders for future generations, to stop this old escalating cycle of poverty and struggle, we need to give them a chance to shine in their own light and become the person they desire to become.
